Analysis of the possible hotel locations for Euro 2012 Football Championship

multimedia presentation upon the order of the City of Warsaw

On the turn of 2007/2008, upon the order of the City of Warsaw, our company prepared a multimedia presentation (three editions) for international fair, providing for 115 potential locations of hotels, congress centers and motels in the area of the City of Warsaw.

The analyses of the locations were carried out on the basis of the study of guidelines and conditions for the City of Warsaw and the zoning plans. The potential locations are marked on the map of Warsaw, illustrated by the sections taken from the photographic map and 226 photographs. They are also described from the point of view of the potential use (intensiveness of development, green areas, height, etc.) The presentation also covers:

• a lecture on the planning and spatial development as well as the construction law
• identification of existing hotels with the specified number of available beds and occupancy rate
• data concerning the number of tourists visiting Warsaw and Mazowieckie Voivodship
• additionally, UEFA requirements related to the hotels, training centers and other aspects
